Competencies are the characteristics that result in superior performance in Federal Logistics.
These Federal Logistics Competencies have been developed after extensive research into applicable Civil Service job series, position descriptions from numerous Federal Agencies and input received from senior, middle and bench level Federal professionals from both Civilian and Military Agencies across the Federal Government.
These Federal Logistics Competencies address core requirements only and do not address such additional requirements as communication, computer and management skills. Information from the relevant series in the Federal Civil Service System is also provided below.
